Include the affected area (Studio, landing page, AI drafting, or Android), browser or device, what you expected, and what happened. Remove personal data and keys from screenshots.
Local data reminder
Your profile, documents, and settings are stored only in this browser. Clearing site data can remove them permanently — export a backup from Settings first. Foxlio cannot recover lost local data.
AI provider problems
Errors such as invalid key, no credits, or rate limits come from your AI provider. Check your key and billing in the provider's console, then use Test connection in Settings.
