Effective 8 August 2026. This policy describes the current account-free, local-first Foxlio web experience.
What Foxlio stores
Foxlio Studio is local-first and does not currently require an account. Your profile, documents, saved jobs, saved agencies, applications, interviews, calendar entries, notes, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. Foxlio does not upload this Studio data to an account or sync service.
Jobs and agencies
The Studio requests public job and agency information from the Foxlio API. Those requests do not include your profile or document contents. Job application links and other external links take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
Foxlio does not currently use advertising trackers, conversion analytics, or non-essential cookies. A consent banner is therefore not shown. Hosting providers may process limited technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, and request time, for delivery, reliability, and security.
Your control
You can remove locally stored Studio data through the product where controls are available or by clearing site data for studio.foxlio.app in your browser. Clearing browser data may permanently remove documents and profile information that have not been exported.

Questions can be sent through the Foxlio support page. This policy may change if accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or other data-processing features launch; material changes will be reflected here before those features are presented as available.
